Overdrive is a growing sales and operations organization based in Chandigarh, India and powered by Roadex, an established U.S.-based company serving the transportation and logistics industry. Overdrive supports business development, client acquisition, and operational growth for the transportation and trucking industry throughout the United States. Our sales organization is focused on delivering Roadex's suite of transportation services, including Factoring, Fuel Programs, Dispatch Services, and Insurance Solutions, to trucking companies and transportation businesses nationwide. 

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic leader to scale our India team and accelerate our U.S. sales growth. This executive leadership role is responsible for growing headcount, increasing revenue, developing sales leaders, improving operational performance, and building a world-class sales organization.

This position will oversee multiple sales teams responsible for selling Roadex's core transportation solutions, including Factoring Services, Fuel Discount Programs, Insurance Products, and Dispatch Services. This leader will be expected to develop strategies that drive client acquisition, increase fuel volume, grow factoring revenue, and expand market share throughout the U.S. transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth objectives
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales managers and sales representatives
  • Lead the continued expansion of the Chandigarh office through strategic hiring and workforce development
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, sales metrics, forecasting models, and performance management systems
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Create and implement training programs focused on sales effectiveness and leadership development
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based leadership teams
  • Drive accountability, performance, and a culture of excellence
  • Maintain strong communication standards with U.S.-based clients and partners
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies
  • Lead sales initiatives focused on Factoring Services, Fuel Discount Programs, Insurance Products, and Dispatch Services
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase factoring clients, fuel gallons, and overall recurring revenue
  • Build and manage sales teams specializing in transportation and trucking industry solutions
  • Establish sales processes, scripts, training programs, and performance standards focused on U.S.-based trucking companies
  • Work closely with executive leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and service offerings
  • Monitor pipeline activity, conversion metrics, client retention, and revenue performance across all service lines
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in sales leadership, business development, or executive management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales organizations
  • Strong experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing sales professionals
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients, companies, or business operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
  • Experience managing office operations and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in U.S. logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, trucking, or supply chain industries
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. transportation market and sales cycle
  • Experience leading large sales teams and multiple levels of management
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce), sales analytics, and performance reporting
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
