Role: GTM Content & Intelligence Lead (SDR / BDR)Client: Venture-backed AI security startup led by repeat founders.Compensation: Competitive Base + OTE Model: New York, hybrid, 3 days a week in the office

Role Overview:We’re hiring on behalf of an AI security startup that has recently come out of stealth with significant funding from a leading security investor. The founders have built and successfully exited a cybersecurity company before, and they’re now creating a new category of security for enterprise AI adoption. This is a step up from a traditional SDR role. You’ll own the public voice of the CEO and CTO, working with them every week to turn their thinking into content, and then turn that attention into pipeline by engaging the security, AI and engineering leaders at their target accounts. You’ll be one of the first GTM hires in New York, with real influence over how the function is built.
What You’ll Do:Own the CEO’s and CTO’s LinkedIn presence, holding a weekly session with each and editing their ideas into content that sounds like themBuild a voice guide for each founder, and mine customer call transcripts for recurring questions, objections and content anglesEngage daily with security, AI and engineering leaders at named accounts through comments, questions and thoughtful conversationSpot the people showing intent, qualify them, and hand them to sales as leadsSit in on customer calls and help shape positioning and messaging across sales, product and engineeringFind and pitch podcasts, panels and events for the foundersWork with GTM engineering on the AI-assisted outbound system: say what it needs to do, judge the output, and help improve it
What We’re Looking For:6 months to 3 years in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in cybersecurity, AI or technical SaaS, with a track record of hitting targetsWriting that reads like a person: clear, specific, and free of marketing language and AI fillerReal curiosity about AI and security. Deep technical expertise isn’t needed, but you should enjoy learning technical concepts quickly.A genuine interest in a strategic, content-led GTM role, not only a route into closingDaily use of AI tools, with opinions on where they could be betterAn entrepreneurial self-starter who’s comfortable in a small team with no rigid playbook
