Job SummaryMidea America’s Americas Region is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Planning & Project Management to translate strategic priorities into measurable business results.Based within the Americas Region, you will bring a cross-functional perspective to business operations, processes, and priorities across North and South America. Beyond managing projects on time and within budget, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to develop new growth opportunities, streamline operations, and advance initiatives that improve business performance.
Essential Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives, from inception through closure, including scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes.Define success metrics and KPIs for each initiative, track progress, and measure results against agreed goals.Run regular project reviews and status reporting, flag risks early, and lead mitigation and escalation to keep work on track.Manage business calendar and facilitate key regional leadership meetings and business conferences, including agenda, materials and follow-up actions.Review business processes to identify inefficiencies, and design and implement improvements that make operations faster, simpler, and more scalable.Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for the senior leadership.Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment, decisions, and change adoption.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in project management, business planning, or consulting.Proficiency in English and Mandarin.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive business transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in consumer products, home appliances, or another high-growth environment.
