Outbound Engagement Associate

Proactively engaging patients, the full-time Outbound Engagement Associate will support scheduling, issue resolution, and improved access to care through phone calls, text messages, and email, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Interact with patients to address inquiries, resolve issues, process payments, and educate on insurance matters Document patient interactions and resolutions accurately in medical charts and tracking tools Assist with targeted outreach initiatives during provider schedule changes and when new providers need support filling appointments Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer service, or healthcare office role Comfort communicating professionally with patients via phone, email, and text Experience with EMR or similar patient tracking tools is preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new platforms
