Qualifications: · Associate degree preferred · At least 3 years of accounts receivable experience and an understanding of the commercial real estate industry · Real estate accounting software experience preferred · Ability to analyze data and draw sound conclusions · Ability to provide exemplary customer service and work under pressure to meet deadlines · Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) · High levels of integrity, work ethic and dependability Key Responsibilities · Manage daily electronic deposits/payments; · Post cash receipts to tenant accounts; · Communication with tenants for collection of gross sales; · Preparing and Mailing of Tenant Default letters, Tenant Rent Increase letters · Assembling monthly closing reports; · Billing late fees and mailing out late fee notices; · Billing tenant accounts for direct tenant billings and mailing out statements; · Scanning deposits, letters, monthly closing packages,
