Job Description – Online Sales Support Executive Position: Online Sales Support Executive Department: OMG (Online Manangment Group) Location: Ahmedabad- C.G Road Shift: Day Shift Night Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Support Executive to support the sales team by handling online inquiries, assisting customers with travel-related information, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the booking process. Key Responsibilties: Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, website, and social media platforms. Assist the sales team by sharing tour packages, quotations, and travel information. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records. Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Ticketing teams for seamless customer service. Assist customers with booking procedures and required travel documentation. Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the CRM system. Ensure timely responses to all customer queries. Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic customer concerns. Achieve daily follow-up and response targets. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, or the Travel Industry. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply. Good communication skills in English,Hindi and Gujrati . Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in Day Shift or Night Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) . Prefereed Skills: Customer-centric approach. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel will be an added advantage.
