We're Hiring | HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance)
Location: Noida Sector 16
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Are you an experienced HR Executive with expertise in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for 1,000–2,000 employees.
Manage payroll through HRMS/Payroll Software and manual processing.
Handle PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Manage onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
Prepare payroll, MIS, and compliance reports.
Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with labour laws.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for payroll-related activities.

Preferred Candidate:
