About You

You are a highly resourceful generalist who is fierce with execution and follow-through. You learn fast and operate with a “who, not how” mindset. You believe in overcommunicating — crisply and clearly. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can research quickly. You treat AI like a team of interns you manage, not something you blindly depend on. You have independently run a project, initiative, event, community, startup, or something similar. You naturally keep track of multiple moving pieces and close loops. Experience: 0–1 years | Final-year students and fresh graduates welcome

What You Will Do

Support growth and distribution experiments. Stay on top of priorities across different workstreams. Support hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination. Conduct market, customer, competitor, and partnership research. Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, experts, and external partners. Maintain trackers and simple operating dashboards. Research and support grants, incubators, and relevant startup applications. Take ownership of specific projects and workstreams as you grow in the role.
