Supervisor - Civil/Mechanical – Transmission Line

Job Description Position Overview: AECOM is looking for the position of Supervisor - Civil/Mechanical – Transmission Line, who will provide field-level supervision of foundation, stub-setting, civil works and tower erection within the assigned transmission line work front. Key Responsibilities: Verify tower location, foundation type, excavation dimensions and founding conditions. Check dewatering, soil condition, benching, shoring and excavation safety. Verify reinforcement, formwork, cover, anchor/stub templates and stub orientation. Check concrete grade, batching, slump, cube sampling, pouring, compaction and curing. Verify chimney dimensions, backfilling, compaction and site restoration. Monitor special foundations including pile, raft, rock-anchor or well foundations, where applicable.
