Role Overview

As a Tele‑Sales Consultant, you will connect with potential customers over calls, explain our services, and help them book pet relocations. This is an entry‑level role, perfect for freshers who enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to explain pet relocation services.
• Understand customer needs and share accurate information on pricing and process.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Record details in the CRM system and keep track of daily calls.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in sales.
• Good communication skills (clear speaking and active listening).
• Confidence in handling customer queries politely and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools preferred, but not mandatory ).
• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
• Interest in pets or service‑based industries is a plus.
