Insulation Sales Consultant, Real Estate Agents & Brokers Welcome

Sell a service building owners want, at almost no cost to them!! Airseal Insulation Systems has served the Tri-State area for 25 years. We're hiring sales reps to bring multifamily building owners into the AMEEP and MEEP programs through Con Edison and National Grid, which cover nearly all the cost of insulation upgrades for qualifying buildings. What you'll do •Reach out to multifamily owners, landlords, managers, and co-op/condo boards •Walk them through the programs and check whether their buildings qualify •Book site visits, present proposals, and close •Work with our team on paperwork and installation •Build relationships that bring referrals and repeat business What we're looking for •Real estate background (agent, broker, leasing, property management) •Prospecting and relationship-building skills •Comfort with commission-based pay •NYC multifamily market knowledge is a big plus •No insulation experience needed. We train you.
