Account Head – Acquisitions (Enterprise Sales)

Location: Mumbai

We're hiring an experienced Account Head – Acquisitions to drive enterprise business growth by acquiring new customers across key industry verticals(BFSI). If you're a high-performing hunter with a passion for enterprise technology sales and consultative selling, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and expand enterprise business across assigned territories.
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to design winning proposals.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Desired Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales.
• Strong hunting background with proven success in new customer acquisition.
• Experience selling CPaaS, Enterprise SaaS, Telecom Solutions, or Digital Communication Solutions .
• Strong exposure to enterprise customers across BFSI.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging with CXO-level decision-makers.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from organizations in CPaaS, Enterprise SaaS, Telecom, Cloud Communications, Customer Engagement Platforms, or AI-based technology solutions will be preferred.
