This role focuses on meeting with small to mid-sized businesses to introduce and sell phone, internet, and connectivity solutions. No prior telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for advancement. What You Will Do Meet with business owners and decision makers during scheduled appointments Present telecommunications products and services tailored to business needs Build strong professional relationships with new and existing business clients Educate clients on service options, upgrades, and cost-saving solutions Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective business accounts Track customer interactions and sales activity using internal systems Work closely with leadership to improve sales strategies and territory growth What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident, and coachable attitude Interest in sales, business development, or account management Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday Reliable transportation for local business appointments Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required 4 year degree required What We Offer Paid training and structured onboarding Base pay with performance-based bonuses and commission Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends Ongoing sales and leadership development Clear advancement opportunities into account management and leadership roles Supportive team culture focused on growth and results
