Current Opportunities Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm Full Time, Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm Starting rate $22/hour Position is onsite at our Wernersville, PA Campus Duties and Responsibilities: * Meets with patients and their families and ensures admission is completed by following checklists for accuracy while displaying empathy, dignity and respect to the patient and their families. * Upon meeting with patients, ensures that accurate documentation is completed including demographic reportable data, HIPAA, financial and billing documents, referral documentation, etc. * Responsible for all financial follow-up- treatment payment, pharmacy set up, labs, and any identified follow up * Welcomes patients and families, utilizing customer service skills learned through internal and external trainings. * Responsible for all admission, discharge, transfers for the Caron continuum in Sigmund and bed boards.
- Timely completion of weekly outcome surveys.
- Accurately identifies all key stakeholders, i.e., referrals, donors, alumni
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for 85% of the workday
- Ability to sit for 90% of the workday
- Ability to type 85% of the workday
- Able to walk the grounds to facilitate tours and physical job location will
- Ability to transfer luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
- This is a safety sensitive position.
- Office setting – must maintain a professional workspace environment in shared
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of computer experience– Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar
- 1-year work experience in an office, preferably a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of drug & alcohol treatment or disease concept of addiction or 12
- Type 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer software systems and ability to use
- Demonstrated high level of customer service
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to function independently
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
