Project Manager - Odisha

About the Role We are expanding our residential rooftop solar operations across Odisha and need a practical, hands-on Project Leader based in Bhubaneswar. Your main job is to take confirmed residential sales orders (mostly premium 3kW to 5kW residential systems) and get them installed, commissioned, and connected to the grid quickly without compromising on safety or structural quality. You will be actively managing our field supervisors, keeping external installation vendors in line, tracking local inventory, and dealing directly with DISCOMs to get net-meters approved. Prior experience managing residential rooftop solar projects is mandatory.
