Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills, and designing individualized intervention plans. The role involves delivering therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating treatment goals to support participation in daily activities at home, school, and community settings. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals, providing guidance on strategies, home programs, and adaptive tools. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case discussions, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, with skills in assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based pediatric practice.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to child development and functional recovery.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children across different age groups and developmental profiles.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site in Gurugram and remote), manage schedules, and use digital tools for therapy and documentation.
- Comfort with technology-enabled care platforms and basic computer proficiency (e.g., teletherapy tools, EMR or case management systems).
- Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice in a child-centered environment.
