Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue generation for the Transit Media Advertising vertical and Brand Activations. Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industries and advertising segments. Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, market research, and agency relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients. Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable transit media and activation solutions. Develop business for on-ground activations, brand promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations with clients. Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build a strong sales pipeline and regularly track opportunities, conversions, and revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns after sales closure. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue. Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, client meetings, and closures.
