Overview:

We are looking for an experienced C# .NET Full-Stack Developer to join a technology team working on high-performance systems within a financial markets environment.

This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building scalable applications, and working on systems where performance, reliability, and speed genuinely matter.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams across the complete development lifecycle - from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust C#.NET full-stack applications.
• Work with stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Develop and enhance high-performance, low-latency, multithreaded systems supporting financial markets.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases, queries, and data-intensive applications.
• Work with message-based integration and protocols such as FIX.
• Participate in production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system stability initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a small development team while maintaining strong engineering standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across development, testing, deployment, performance, and operational processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 9-14 years of strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET full-stack development.
• Extensive experience in financial markets, particularly with low-latency and multithreaded systems.
• Strong expertise in SQL, database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring small development teams.
• Familiarity with message-based integration, including protocols such as FIX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across both development and production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to code quality, system reliability, maintainability, and engineering best practices.
