• Lead multi‑location contract & operations management in upstream oil & gas.
• Drive daily monitoring, site visits, and client coordination .
• Ensure commercial compliance, profitability, and operational efficiency .
• Provide technical guidance, leadership, and stakeholder management .
• Deliver MIS & reporting with KPIs to senior management.

Profile:

• Strong background in drilling operations / drilling fluids .
• Expertise in multi‑location contract execution & client handling .
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills .
• B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum/Chemical/Mechanical or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.
