What We Offer: A fantastic team that truly enjoys working together and always helps each other out A fun office culture where we celebrate national holidays, birthdays, and enjoy the little things Amazing Doctors that are easygoing, kind and always willing to invest in and train their team Who you are: A Registered Dental Assistant with an active RDA license in the state of Texas 6+ months of previous RDA experience Someone that comes to work each day with a great attitude and desire to improve Outgoing, reliable and eager to learn and grow within a team long-term ______________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pm Compensation: $19-21/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, 401k matching, and EAP. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry Provide post-operative care instructions Assist with ordering and stocking supplies ______________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas 6+ months of previous RDA experience Active CPR certification Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
