Strong candidates should demonstrate:Leadership of large-scale, complex enterprise programs or portfolios, including application development initiatives from concept through launch and stabilizationExecutive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authorityStrong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and vendor organizationsStrategic thinking, including governance, prioritization, roadmap development, and organizational change leadershipFinancial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case developmentExpertise in risk, issue, dependency, and change management xzbcwsv A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformational initiativesConsulting experience (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, etc.)Healthcare industry experience preferredIs there additional variable compensation? up to 20% bonus structure
