We’re looking for a Technology Learning Leader to drive the strategy and delivery of technical capability development across the engineering organizations.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

✔ Define and implement the Technology Academy strategy and learning framework.

✔Lead Technology Learning & Development across Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Architecture.

✔ Design technical learning pathways, competency frameworks, certifications, and career development programmes.

✔ Proven Head/Director-level experience in Technical Learning or Capability Development.

✔ Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, communication, and influencing skills
