Role Overview

The Executive - Business Development will drive institutional and corporate group sales across Kottayam and nearby regions. This role requires strong local network penetration and field sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and coaching institutes in Kottayam region
• Conduct meetings with institutional heads and corporate HR/Admin teams
• Drive group bookings and seasonal campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve defined revenue targets

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales

Desired Profile

• Malayalam & English fluency (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel across Kottayam
• Two-wheeler (mandatory)
