Job Description: Key Responsibilities Learn manufacturing and packaging processes by working with experienced team members. Show a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments. Support process studies, time studies, and improvement projects to enhance plant performance. Assist in solving technical and operational problems with guidance from senior engineers. Review production and packaging documents, identify gaps, and support document updates. Support proje
