Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of complex technology programs across Industrial Io T, Embedded Systems, Smart Factory solutions, and Industrial Automation domains.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project delivery, SDLC execution, firmware-led product development, and cross-functional engineering coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer expectations.
This role demands a balance of technical depth, leadership capability, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning to deployment
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Monitor execution against schedules, budgets, and delivery commitments
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards
Technical Program Management
- Drive execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Coordinate engineering efforts across firmware, embedded, software, hardware, deployment, and QA teams
- Translate technical and business requirements into structured execution plans
Domain Delivery Oversight
Manage project delivery involving:
- Embedded systems and firmware platforms
- Industrial Io T solutions
- Sensor fusion systems
- Smart factory deployments
- Industrial automation workflows
- Edge intelligence systems
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Track project progress and identify risks proactively
- Drive mitigation planning and issue resolution
- Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage escalations and ensure alignment across teams
Process & Quality Governance
- Drive delivery best practices and process improvements
- Ensure engineering quality standards are maintained
- Oversee documentation, validation checkpoints, and project closure reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of project delivery or technical program management experience
- Strong experience managing embedded systems and firmware-led product development
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience delivering projects in Industrial Io T / Smart Automation environments
- Hands-on exposure to sensor fusion systems
- Strong understanding of system integration and validation processes
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
- Strong analytical, coordination, and execution management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in smart factory implementations
- Exposure to edge computing and real-time analytics platforms
- Familiarity with industrial communication and automation ecosystems
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with defense, manufacturing, telecom, or public sector projects
- Exposure to AI-enabled industrial systems is an added advantage

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

or any related discipline
