Job Title : Executive - Doctor Network

Location : Sector - 14, Gurugram

Experience : 0 - 1 Year

Working Days: 6 (Rotational Week-Off)

Qualifications: Any Graduate or above (Healthcare background is preferred)

Position Overview:

HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive - Doctor Network to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Doctor Coordination : Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.

● Doctor Operations : Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

● Doctor Hiring : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.

● Doctor Counselling : Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.

● Doctor Payouts : Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.

● Communication Liaison : Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
