Rockford Park District is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive estimating strategy within our Preconstruction team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead cost estimating activities for complex projects, validate estimates for accuracy, and mentor our team to improve performance and bid quality.

Collaborate with the Director of Preconstruction to develop budgets and participate in client presentations. Strong leadership, Excel and Procore proficiency are essential.
