In this role, you will promote and sell insurance policies through outbound calls while building strong customer relationships. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and want unlimited earning potential based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.


• Present and promote insurance policies in a professional manner.


• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.


• Build customer trust and maintain a positive customer experience.


• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Requirements

• Intermediate qualification or above.


• Own Laptop/Chromebook with a stable internet connection (mandatory).


• Valid original CNIC.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.


• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.


• Previous call center or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Commission-Based Only (No Fixed Salary)
