Industry: Environmental Services (ES) Role : Client Relationship Lead Industry: Environmental Services (ES) Experience: 2 to 7 Years Location: East Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time , work from office ( Monday to Saturday) Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into business? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Lead to join our growing team and work closely with architects, PMCs, contractors, and key industry stakeholders. What you’ll do: • Build and manage strong client relationships • Identify new project opportunities and generate leads • Meet architects, PMCs and contractors • Conduct client presentations and follow-ups • Support proposals, pricing discussions and negotiations • Drive opportunities from lead generation to closure • Stay updated on upcoming projects and market trends • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction What we’re looking for: ✔️ 2–7 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management ✔️ Experience in environmental services, construction, interiors, building materials or related industries is preferred ✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔️ Comfortable with field visits, client meetings and travel ✔️ Target-driven and proactive approach ✔️ Understanding of environmental graphics/design is an advantage Why join us High-growth career opportunity Strong industry exposure Performance-based incentives Learning and development opportunities Fast-track growth for high performers Interested?
