Location: Bhubaneswar Industry : IoT / Climate-Tech / Environmental Services Role Type: Full-time About the Role We are hiring a Govt. Tender Specialist with experience in government & private e-tendering, proposal preparation, and coordination of technical bids. The role involves tender discovery, bid drafting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support sales in winning government projects. Key Responsibilities Track and evaluate tenders across CPPP, GeM, State NIC portals, Smart City portals, Municipal Corporations, Railways, and PSU portals. Prepare Tender Summary Sheets and conduct Go/No-Go checks. Draft technical proposals, clarifications, compliance matrices, project methodology, and solution notes. Coordinate with technical, sales, and marketing teams for pricing and documentation. Prepare and upload technical & financial bids on e-tender portals. Attend pre-bid meetings, track corrigenda, and support technical evaluations/demos. Maintain tender trackers, documentation repository, and weekly reports. Required Skills 2–4 years of hands-on experience in government tenders / pre-sales. Strong understanding of e-procurement workflows and documentation. Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and document structuring. Strong written communication, attention to detail, and deadline discipline. Preferred Experience in IoT, Smart City, SaaS, Environmental Monitoring, or Technical Solutions. Exposure to QCBS evaluation systems and BOQ/financial bid formats. Qualification Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
