Senior Engineer

Job Purpose The Senior Engineer is accountable for conducting testing of polymer products based on various assignments. He must ensure on time completion, correctness of test data and support in preparation of test reports. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate sound knowledge of Plastics/Polymers and testing requirements related to CPVC & uPVC Pipes and Fittings, Solvent Cement, and Water Storage Tanks; understand applicable standards, material properties, processingbehaviour, product performance requirements, and interpretation of test results to support quality evaluation, troubleshooting, benchmarking, and new product validation. Independently perform HDT/VICAT, IMPACT, UTM tests, MFI, Capillary Rheometry tests and analyses using a variety of complex methods and techniques, which may requi
