Strategic FP&A Associate

Responsibilities: Partner with investment and operating teams to evaluate portfolio company performance, identify key business drivers, and translate financial results into actionable insights Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the firm and portfolio, developing models to assess revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and key operating metrics Build financial models and investment analyses supporting acquisitions, add-ons, refinancing, and strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and returns sensitivity Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for senior leadership, highlighting variances, trends, and areas requiring attention across the portfolio Support portfolio value creation initiatives by analyzing cost structures, pricing, working capital, and operational opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash generation Conduct market, competitive, xuwmhxw and company-level research to support investment theses, strategic planning, and ad hoc projects for the investment team Requirements: 3-6 years FP A experience at an asset manager or financial services firm Excellent financial modeling, Excel, presentation skills #50393
