ies Office Administration & Coordinat

ion Manage daily office operations, facility coordination, and general administrative tas ks. Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building/SEZ administrati on. Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and operational logistic

Documentation & Record Manage

ment Maintain branch documentation, including regulatory files, contracts, correspondences, and internal reco rds. Assist with preparation and filing of reports, letters, meeting minutes, and presentati ons. Ensure secure and compliant record‐keeping in line with MAPFRE RE and IFSCA requireme

Support for Underwriting & Opera

tions Assist the Underwriting and Management teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, scanning, and organizing underwriting f iles. Coordinate internal approvals, workflows, and communication between local and regional off ices. Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and internal submiss

Finance & Compliance S

upport Assist in processing invoices, vendor payments, and expense document ation. Help maintain compliance checklists, statutory calendars, and audit document ation. Support the Principal Officer in ensuring administrative compliance with local and IFSCA guide

Required Qualifications & E

xperience2–5 years of administrative or office management experience, ideally within financial services, insurance, or rei nsurance. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Familiarity with compliance‐driven environments or regulated entities is an a dvantage. Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relat

ed field.
