The Successful Applicant * 5+ years of groundup construction experience * Background in retail, commercial, religious, or similar projects * Confident, professional clientfacing communicator * Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable * Teamfirst mindset with longterm career focus What's on Offer $100,000-$135,000 base salary plus travel support * $910/week per diem for lodging and food * $550/month car allowance * Hightrust role with visible career growth as the company scales
