Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for building, urban, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects. Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget monitoring. Review and verification of contractor bills, variations, and rate analysis. Knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project cost control. Coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors for commercial matters.
