Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Fund Finance Associate to join their Finance and Banking Practice Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and related structured finance transactions.
DutiesDraft and negotiate financing agreements for fund-level financing arrangements.Represent lenders or borrowers in various finance transactions.Collaborate on cross-border transactions and secured financings.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
Requirements2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and structured finance transactions.Experience with fund-level financing arrangements.Ability to work independently and within a team.Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC, or California.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsBar admission in Washington, DC, or California.
SkillsStrong negotiation and drafting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Familiarity with cross-border transactions and secured financings.
