Position: Show Producer / Video & Motion Graphics Producer Location: Mumbai Role: 100% Remote Working Days: Monday – Saturday Working Hours: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM EST (04:30 PM – 01:30 AM IST) Job Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Show Producer to lead the planning, production, editing, and execution of live and recorded online shows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in show production, video editing, graphic design, animation, and motion graphics , with a sharp eye for storytelling and visual presentation. You will work closely with hosts, guests, creative teams, and technical teams to produce engaging, professional, and platform-ready content. This role requires someone who can manage the entire content production lifecycle—from pre-production and live execution to post-production, video editing, graphics, animation, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute content strategies and production plans for live and recorded online shows. • Manage the complete production workflow, including pre-production, scripting, scheduling, recording, live production, editing, and post-production . • Coordinate with hosts, guests, producers, designers, editors, and technical teams to ensure smooth production. • Manage live broadcasts and oversee technical elements such as streaming, audio, lighting, visuals, layouts, transitions, and screen graphics . • Create and edit professional video content for shows, interviews, podcasts, webinars, social media, and digital platforms. • Perform video editing, color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, subtitles/captions, and basic sound design . • Design engaging graphics, thumbnails, lower thirds, title cards, social media creatives, presentations, and other visual assets . • Create 2D animation and motion graphics for intros, outros, transitions, explainers, promotional content, data visualization, and branded show elements. • Develop visually compelling motion graphic packages including animated logos, lower thirds, text animations, transitions, and branded overlays. • Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, typography, color, animation style, and overall content quality across episodes and platforms. • Repurpose long-form shows into short-form videos, reels, clips, teasers, highlights, and social media content . • Optimize content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram . • Work with creative briefs and transform ideas/scripts into visually engaging video and motion content. • Manage production timelines, assets, project files, equipment coordination, backups, and delivery schedules. • Monitor content performance and audience engagement and recommend improvements based on analytics. • Troubleshoot production, editing, graphics, or technical issues quickly and professionally. • Stay updated with current video editing, motion design, animation, social media, and digital content trends . • Maintain organized project files, templates, graphics libraries, footage, and production assets. Requirements • Proven experience in online show production, video production, live streaming, webinars, podcasts, or digital content production . • Strong hands-on experience with video editing and post-production . • Experience creating graphic design, animation, and motion graphics for digital content. • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, OBS, StreamYard, Zoom, vMix , or equivalent production software. • Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, composition, sound, transitions, and visual hierarchy . • Experience creating motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, intros/outros, and branded visual elements . • Ability to create or adapt graphics and animations for different formats, including 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 . • Strong understanding of content requirements for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms . • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and moving parts under tight deadlines. • A strong creative eye for storytelling, visual design, animation, branding, and audience engagement . • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery. • Ability to handle unexpected issues during live shows and production with professionalism and quick decision-making. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality content. Preferred Qualifications • Experience producing business shows, interviews, podcasts, webinars, talk shows, or branded content . • Experience with motion design and 2D animation . • Experience creating short-form social media content from long-form video. • Familiarity with video, editing, design, and content creation tools . • Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, retention, audience engagement, and content performance. • A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and digital content production . What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on creative producer who can think like a producer, edit like a video editor, and approach content with the eye of a designer and motion graphics artist. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a project from idea → pre-production → live/recorded production → video editing → graphics & animation → final delivery → social media distribution . A portfolio or showreel showcasing your video editing, graphic design, animation, and motion graphics work is highly preferred.
