What You ll Do (At-a-Glance)

Lead the Branch

Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations

Build and execute a local business plan

Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts

Build & Develop Your Team

Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent

Coach and develop staff for high performance

Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture

Drive Results & Patient Experience

Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes

Partner cross-functionally to grow market share

Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery

What You Bring

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)

1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)

Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance

Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance

Valid driver s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities

3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 5 years)
