WGI, Inc. is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner in West Palm Beach to act as the trusted talent advisor for multiple divisions.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with VPs and leaders to forecast workforce needs and design strategic hiring approaches. You will balance hands-on recruiting with developing a consistent process, market insights, and a strong candidate experience, while using ICIMS for tracking and ensuring compliance with policies and
