Communication: Excellent English Communication Skills

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through non-voice channels

• Respond to customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accuracy while handling customer interactions and documentation

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Non-Voice process

C1 level English proficiency - Mandatory

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills

Good typing and documentation skills

Customer-focused approach

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable
