Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing manufacturer in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

This individual will oversee production, drive operational improvements, and ensure the facility consistently meets its safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.Key responsibilities:• Lead daily manufacturing and production operations• Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors and team members• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, labor efficiency, scrap, and productivity• Improve performance through Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements• Support capacity planning, scheduling, and on-time deliveryIdeal background:• 7+ years of manufacturing operations experience• Leadership experience within a highly xzbcwsv regulated manufacturing environment• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical devices, electronics, or a similar industry is a plus• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement• Proven success improving operational performance and developing teams• Bachelor’s degree preferred
