Account Manager - Sales

The Assistant Manager - Sales will support revenue growth by assisting in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution within the corporate segment. This role offers hands‑on exposure to key account management, strategic sales planning, and cross‑functional coordination while working closely with experienced sales professionals in a dynamic telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach to expand the corporate & small medium enterprises customer base.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Execute pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, deployment coordination, and service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze customer data, and maintain updated records of sales activities, contracts, and client profiles.
• Coordinate with internal departments including pre‑sales, project management, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 2- 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
