Run CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push, and Web Push. Segment customers using RFM, cohorts, purchase frequency, and product affinity. Build loyalty programs that reward and delight customers. Execute personalized campaigns for cross‑sell, upsell, replenishment, and win‑back.
