Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality business leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in market research, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, Linked In networking, and CRM management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Research target markets and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and networking activities. Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and achieve monthly targets.

Important Job Roles

Generate qualified B2 B leads through cold calling, email marketing, Linked In, and digital platforms. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate lead information and follow-up activities. Achieve monthly lead generation targets while ensuring high-quality prospects and strong conversion opportunities.
