CNC Turning Operator

Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.

Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes.

Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.

Follow safety standards and carry out routine machine maintenance.

HMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)

Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.

Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

VMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center)

Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings.

Perform machine setup, tool loading, and offset adjustments.

Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections.

Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.

Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines.

Surface Grinder Machine Operator

Operate surface grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.
