Job Description:We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support multiple Project Managers in coordinating restoration projects. Responsibilities include scheduling jobs, communicating with customers and insurance companies, maintaining project documentation, preparing weekly progress reports, coordinating work orders, and following up on deductibles and project payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in administration, project coordination, or insurance claims.
