Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse

As a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse, you provide and coordinate care for adults with diverse acute and chronic conditions on a fast-paced medical/telemetry unit. You perform patient assessments, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and implement evidence-based care plans. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you support safe transitions of care, clear communication with patients and families, and accurate documentation in alignment with nursing standards.
