Job Description
We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based) Experience: 1–3 Years CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5 LPA Working Days: Monday to Friday
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred A leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads • Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals • Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolments • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking • Handle learner queries and objections professionally • Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities • Be available for learner interactions on weekends when required Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Excellent communication skills in English • Proficiency in Hindi, or any regional language is an advantage • Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM platforms • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Preferred Experience: • Academic Counselling • Telecalling / Tele-sales • Inside Sales • EdTech or Online Learning Industry What You'll Get: • Opportunity to work with a highly respected education-focused organisation • Exposure to learners across India and global markets • Access to professional learning and development opportunities • Collaborative and purpose-driven work environment
