Position: Asst Manager/ Deputy Manager- Production B.E/ B.Tech- Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 8 - 12 years of experience in Assembly Shopfloor and Manpower Management, Job Responsibility Shopfloor Management & Manpower Handling Daily Production and Efficiency Exp in Assembly (Preference) Process Quality Control Requirement & Maintenance of Assembly Devices, jigs & Fixtures MIS (Manpower, M/c Utilization) Lean Implementation OEE Calculation Customer Complaint analysis and Details Q-KPI Preparation ISO Audit Process Improvements (Kaizen & PokeYoke) ERP Activities Salary Budget: INR 8-10 lacs/ annum
