Client Servicing & Creative Project Management

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can manage client communication and coordinate video projects from brief to final delivery.

The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, convert them into clear creative briefs, work closely with editors and designers, manage feedback, and ensure every project is delivered on time with strong quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for video, branding, event and communication projects.
• Understand briefs, gather requirements and set clear project expectations.
• Prepare project briefs, documentation, references, timelines and feedback trackers.
• Communicate requirements clearly to editors, designers and internal teams.
• Help in developing creative ideas, concepts, references and proposal decks for client projects.
• Review video outputs for storytelling, grammar, subtitles, brand alignment and overall quality.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support AI-based video generation, rough edits and file/data management when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Understanding of video production, editing flow and visual communication.
• Strong grammar, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinking and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and video editing is a plus.
• Copywriting and scripting is a plus.

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in client servicing, video production, creative project management or agency roles.

Location

• Bangalore, On-site, as per company requirement.
